Nimbus9 Lifetime Warranty
All screen protectors and protective cases are covered for the lifetime of the product.
Charging accessories are covered for 1 year from date of purchase (Proof of purchase required at time of claim).
Please note that we currently ship warranty claims to the United States only. Canadian Customers will have to return back to their point of purchase of Nimbus9 products in order to claim their Nimbus9 Lifetime Waranty Claim.

To initiate a claim:
1) Add Warranty Claim item to Cart
2) Continue with the checkout process
3) You will receive an order confirmation via email, reply with the following:
o A picture attached of your current damaged Nimbus9 product for verification
o A written reason for your warranty claim
Please note that we will cancel any warranty claim and refund your shipping charge if we do not receive any pictures within 3 days of the warranty claim.
A follow-up email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping. Transit times are 3-5 business days. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
** A standard Shipping & Handling charge ($7.99) is applied to all warranty claims. Note: When any other item is added to cart shipping charges are waved due to automatic free shipping for all purchases (this condition is applicable only when further items added to cart are NOT warranty claims.) **
Warranty Registrations are no longer necessary. Please save your proof of purchase for future reference in case a warranty claim needs to be placed.
